Refunds & Returns Policy

At Indygos Ink, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of our products. To ensure a transparent and fair process, we’ve established the following Refunds & Returns policy. This applies to the site www.indygosink.com.

We understand that sometimes, you may have second thoughts or order the wrong size or color. However, please note that we do not support returns or exchanges for such cases. It’s essential to carefully review your order before finalizing it to avoid any inconveniences.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, you must return the item unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. You cannot return perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- We grant partial refunds only in certain situations.

- Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

- We will not accept any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Upon approval, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before they officially post your refund.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we are here to make it right. We offer a free replacement or a full refund for these situations. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of the product’s delivery.

If you believe your product has damage or has a manufacturing error, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support Team at contact@indygosink.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, including any supporting photos if possible. This helps us expedite the resolution process.

3. Our team will review your request and may request additional information, if necessary.

4. If we approve your claim, we will initiate the replacement or refund process.

– Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process after approval.

– We will ship replacement items to the original shipping address.

– For a refund, we will return the funds to your original payment method.
